THE Cardinal Litter Blog

More Challenges. More Visitors. More Fun!

I need to blog more often.  Too many fun and cute things have happened in the past 3 days!  New experiences, more visitors, challenges, and FUN!  I think I won't write a lot.  Let's just let the photos and videos tell the story!  We will start with a few photos!
On Wednesday, I broke out the ball pit (and other fun stuff).  I remember with Jo Jo's litter, only one puppy jumped right in.  It took the others a day or two.  Not these guys!  Everyone dove right in and had a blast!  It was hard to narrow it down to just these videos!
We had more visitors!  Thanks to Anna, Ellie and Henry, Margot and Dave, Cindy, Stephen and Kat, Ralph, and, by Zoom - Jordan and Harrison for visiting!  Not counting Jordan and Harrison, the puppies have met 27 different people (besides Dave and me) since they turned 3 weeks old!  They have loved them all!
They heard lots of new sounds - real sirens and a low flying plane and lots of animal sound effects.  Only the bear was a little scary!  They had lots of new challenges.  More stairs, the doggy door, and getting their toys out of a container in order to play with them.  They dined by the pool in plastic food saver dishes and followed their meal with a romp on the pool cover, running around on the river stone, squeezing through the fence to escape to the yard, and Yadi even ventured all the way to the other end and was headed up into the retaining wall through the mulch.  These guys really are completely curious and unphased by anything new they encounter! Some, not all of this, was captured in photo and/or video.

We continue to be really cute sleepers!
Albert still loves his donut hat and has claimed this storage container as his perch!

Rhani had follow up blood work today.  The results were very encouraging.  More results are pending, and we will talk with her internal med specialist next Tuesday.  Please keep sending good vibes her way!

Until next time....Every Day Is A Gift!

I like to keep a diary of the puppies as much for myself as  for prospective puppy buyers and interested friends.  Sadly my blogs for Lucy's and Baili's litters are no longer available due to legacy systems, but I recently reviewed the Imagine Litter blog.  It was a good refresher on all kinds of things and brought back lots of good memories.  Looking forward to Cardinal memories too!
